Using the latest ViaMichelin mapping, trailers are pinpointed down to street level and referenced against 3 million locations across the world. The online mapping has 12 levels of zoom and various zoom modes. You can drag the map to an area you wish to view or select an area of the map to zoom in upon. A single trailer is shown as a blue pin, while a red and a blue pin shows multi trailers. Hovering over the pins reveals the address position of that trailer, its reference number and the date/time of the position being viewed.
You can click on the "show filters" button to sort the trailers displayed on the map by type or group. For example by checking the "euroliners" box you will only see trailers marked as euroliners, the number of which is denoted in brackets to the side of the filter option.
To find out more about a specific trailer you can click on the latest position of an individual trailer and will view a street level map of the current position and links to its last 5 positions. You can choose to show more historical positions from the bottom left dropdown or view the trailer individual record card, top left pen and paper icon
