Account set-up
You can set-up various groups and categories to make sorting and viewing your trailer fleet quick and easy. From the toolbox you can add and edit trailer types, groups, suppliers, manufactures and "VOR" (vehicles off road) reasons.
You can decommission a trailer, removing it from your view and add an Axscend device to an asset other than a trailer such as a Van or Container.
You can also add any trailer in your fleet, even if it does not have an Axscend device attached free of charge to the Axscend system. This gives you the opportunity to manage all you trailer fleet's service/MOT schedule online.
You can set up your account to recognised specific GPS co-ordinates as familiar address names, e.g Latitude 53.2, Longitude -3.03 and any co-ordinates that fall in a 2km radius of this location to be displayed as "Durham Depot"
You can book a trailer's annual service plan in one click or select specific dates.
