Reports

Access a variety of report to assist you in the management of your trailer. These reports can be delivered in a numbers of ways;

Viewed and downloaded on request by clicking the generate now button
Automatically received via email at pre-defined intervals
Sent upon a e-alert triggered

Choose from a variety of reports. Download the report as an excel spreadsheet, schedule the report to be emailed on a set frequency or on as event i.e. when a schedule service become overdue.

Snapshot

This report gives you a snapshot view of the current status of all your trailers. This is the same data that is displayed on the "List Tab"

Utilisation

Analyse the productivity of your trailers by viewing the trailers that have not significantly moved within the last 24-hour period and the number of day individual trailers have remained stationary for.

Service Cycle

Prevent valuable time being wasted chasing trailers through the scheduling systems. View a listing of all your trailers, their next service date and the number of days until that next service date.

MOT Cycle

View a listing of all your trailers, their next scheduled MOT date/week and the number of days remaining until that next MOT date.

Location History

Assess if you could be getting more from your trailer fleet by viewing past locations and waypoints of your trailers. You can specify the date range to view.
