The obvious benefit is the accuracy and time saved by each of our sites not having to conduct a complete trailer check everyday which was seldom accurate due to the times each depot check was carried out. The Axscend units now allow us to gain a complete snap shot of every trailer at set times.
We have also found the servicing and MOT control side of the system to be a major benefit. Each day all depots are e-mailed with a complete list of required services / MOTs together with the vehicle destination therefore preventing valuable time being wasted chasing trailers through the system to pin them down.
