What are the main difference between TrailerMASTER Lite and TrailerMASTER Plus?
The DCU supplied with TrailerMASTER Plus has three key additions:
- The DCU can be plugged into a trailer's electronic braking system (EBS) typically with be Haldex, Wabco and Knorr Bremse. Plugging into the EBS provides additional data including trailer weight, odometer data and rollstability interventions.
- The DCU can accept power from an external source. An external sources means that the DCU is available to re-configure at any time.
- A 433Mhz transceiver allows the capability to monitor external sensors such as door status or tyre pressure.
Extra data available form trailerMASTER Plus delivered on a more frequent basis gives sophisticated management reports and performance analysis summaries.
